Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed at trykelden.com from ZALO ENT LLC, doing business as Kelden.

Product orders

Buying Kelden products is a one-time purchase unless you choose to join the optional Kelden Rewards Club membership. You can cancel a product order at any time before it ships by emailing hello@trykelden.com or calling (240) 686-5571 with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount charged, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

Kelden Rewards Club membership

The Kelden Rewards Club membership is optional and billed at $49.99 at checkout when you join and every 30 days after that until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@trykelden.com, calling (240) 686-5571, submitting the form on our Membership Cancellation page, or replying to any order email. Cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, no further membership charges are made. Full terms are in our Subscription Policy.
