2. Agreement to these Terms
By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Subscription Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on the Site.
4. Our products are dietary supplements
Kelden products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the suggested use on the label.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Product purchases on the Site are one-time purchases. We offer one optional recurring membership, the Kelden Rewards Club membership, which you join only if you choose it. It is billed at $49.99 at checkout when you join and every 30 days after that until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout, together with shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount charged.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Refunds, returns and cancellations
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, return process and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
8. Product information
We try to describe our products and display their packaging accurately. Always read the product label before use. If the label and the Site differ, follow the label and contact us so we can correct the Site.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, logos and the Kelden name, belong to ZALO ENT LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund Policy and as required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZALO ENT LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
