How do I join?
Add the Kelden Rewards Club Membership to your cart and complete checkout like any other purchase. It is never added or selected for you. After checkout, your confirmation email explains how to access your member benefits.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. You are charged $49.99 at checkout when you join and $49.99 every 30 days after that until you cancel. There is no free trial. We email you 7 days before each renewal and send a receipt after each charge.
Do I get free shipping on my first order?
No. Your joining order ships at the standard $4.95 flat rate. All member orders after that ship free while your membership is active.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime. These are the ways to cancel: (1) email hello@trykelden.com, (2) call (240) 686-5571, (3) fill out the Membership Cancellation form, or (4) reply to any order email. Cancellations are honored when made at least 3 business days before your next billing date. No further charges are made after your cancellation is processed.
Can I get a refund on a membership charge?
Yes. You can request a refund of a membership charge within 14 days of that charge by emailing hello@trykelden.com. See our Subscription Policy.
