This Subscription Policy explains how the Kelden Rewards Club membership works. The membership is offered by ZALO ENT LLC, doing business as Kelden ("Kelden", "we", "us"), at trykelden.com. The membership is optional. You never need it to buy Kelden products, and one-time purchase is always available.

1. Membership billing

The Kelden Rewards Club membership is a recurring membership billed at $49.99 USD every 30 days. Your first payment is charged at checkout when you join. There is no free trial.

Recurring billing disclosure: By joining the Kelden Rewards Club, you will be charged $49.99 at checkout today and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel. You will receive an email reminder 5 to 7 days before each renewal and a receipt after each successful charge.

2. What's included

While your membership is active and paid, it includes:

  • Exclusive member pricing: save 50% in the Members-Only area, where Kelden Tart Cherry + Magnesium Glycinate is $14.99 per pouch (regular price $29.99).
  • Free shipping on member orders placed after your joining order. Your joining order ships at the standard $4.95 flat rate.
  • Priority support.
  • Early access to new Kelden products.
  • Guaranteed stock: member orders are filled first, so members can reserve Kelden before it sells out.
  • Member-only offers: exclusive promotions and limited-time deals available only to members.

Benefits are available only while your membership is active and paid.

3. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By joining, you authorize ZALO ENT LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout $49.99 every 30 days until you cancel.

4. Reminders and receipts

We email you a reminder 5 to 7 days before each renewal charge and a receipt after each successful charge. Please keep the email address on your order up to date so you receive these emails.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time by any of these methods:

To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date. We confirm every cancellation by email.

6. After you cancel

Once your cancellation is processed, no further membership charges are made. Your benefits stay active until the end of the 30-day period you have already paid for. After that, member pricing, free shipping and other member benefits end.

7. Membership refunds

You can request a refund of a membership charge within 14 days of the date of that charge. Email hello@trykelden.com with your name, order email and order number if you have it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Product purchases are covered separately by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see our Refund Policy).

8. Changes to price or benefits

If we change the membership price or key membership terms, we will email active members before the change takes effect. You can cancel at any time if you do not agree to the new terms.
