This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at trykelden.com from ZALO ENT LLC, doing business as Kelden.

Where we ship

We ship from the United States to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) before they are handed to the carrier.

Delivery time

After your order ships, carrier transit time is typically 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery times.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order and a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hello@trykelden.com. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at hello@trykelden.com and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
